The vehicle based (key-fob) GPS duress alert (GPSRescue) from RESQSTAR is ideal for every day use by vehicle owner consumers. There are times however, when you may be camping, mountain climbing, hunting or other remote work that may require a short term special use for this life-saving technology. RESQSTAR now provides protected clients and vendors with TRAILTrak, a special light weight self-contained belt-clip module with high gain antenna, cellular modem, re-chargeable lithium battery and a second or backup battery.

The TRAILTrak unit is operational for about eighteen hours before changing to the backup power source. If the wearer should need emergency help, the push of a button will enable hunting guides, camp operators or other vendors and first responders to locate the unit within 30 feet. The TRAILTrak unit includes a special "message received and help is on the way" notification for the wearer.

SPECIFICATIONS: TRAILTrak is a compact module that includes a high-gain GPS/Cellular antenna, high-speed 3-watt wireless modem, re-chargeable lithium power cell, charger unit and a back-up battery. The system is ideal as a value added service to clients from wilderness activity vendors or outdoor guides.
